It was my first time at Ronnies and although it's my favorite writing/workout guitar, it's simply an old Fender copy. I needed new strings but I wasn't sure of the gauge. Ronnie's a guitar engineer and determined the gauge and restrung the guitar and made sure the action remained how I like it.
That was all I asked for but he noticed that my pickup switches were noisy and loose so he took the time to fix the problems. I didn't ask him to do it but he did it anyway. It was all part of Ronnie's high standard of service and I'm very grateful. I'll be going back.

Years ago I bought an Ibanez guitar from a shop and never liked it as the strings were too high. I got it looked by a guitar shop years ago and they charged me a chunk of money and it was still uncomfortable to play. So it just sat locked away unused. Then recently I came across Ronnie and thought I'd try him as he seemmed to know what he was talking about. He worked his magic on it and now the Ibanez is great to play. Better than I had ever hoped. And it was finished within a few days for a good price. Ronnie knows his stuff and I have bought a few other things off him and it's been good every time. I highly recommend his work.

Includes fret polishing, fingerboard clean and hydration, fresh string install, and accurate tuning to pitch. Ideal for regular upkeep and tonal refresh.
Pickup Installation
From $40
Expert installation for single or multiple pickups. Clean soldering, tidy routing, and careful testing included.
Refret
From $300
Includes full removal of old frets, fingerboard leveling and conditioning, new fret install, end dressing, crowning, sanding, and buffing.
Additional fees apply for stainless steel, binding, or finished fretboards.
